But my journey with food didn’t start with credentials—it started with struggle. I used to wrestle with food and feared that discipline would only drag me back into obsession. Intuitive eating carried me for years, but as a working mama (who isn’t getting any younger 😉), I knew I needed something more.
That’s when I discovered how to partner with food to fuel my day and move my body in ways that felt playful instead of punishing. And I’ve never felt better.
There’s a difference between eating healthy and eating empowered—and I’d love to show you how.
That passion led me to become a registered dietitian, certified specialist in sports nutrition, and eating disorder recovery expert. Today, I help people break free from the exhausting cycle of dieting and food obsession so they can fuel their bodies with confidence, clarity, and joy.
I created The Empowered Eating Method™, a unique approach that blends biofeedback, nutrition science, and personal values to help you fuel your body in a way that truly works—without food rules, restriction, or extremes.
